Using this website

Available intake forms collect the contact details, service preferences and consent needed to respond and route your request. These administrative records are stored securely for authorized HopeStart staff. The website does not accept document uploads or clinical records. Your browser stores only an opaque request identifier and confirmed receipt to help prevent duplicate submissions, not your contact details or message. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics. The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure; hosting services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Some photographs and fonts are loaded from external providers, which receive the requests needed to display them.

Contacting HopeStart

Calling or emailing uses a separate communication service. Information you choose to share is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the appropriate next step. Please begin with your name, safe contact details, and the service you are asking about. Do not send medical records, clinical histories, identification numbers, or financial documents by ordinary email.

Psychotherapy information

Psychotherapy has a separate service pathway through HopeStart Mental Health Inc.. Clinical records are not collected by this community website or the digital-solutions inquiry pathway. A shared brand and inquiry email do not combine the two entities’ records or authorize sharing clinical information between them.

Questions or requests

For privacy questions, or to ask about access to or correction of information you have shared, contact HopeStart and ask to speak with the person responsible for privacy. Do not include sensitive records in your initial message.
